How to use it?

Very easy to use, you can have one dose (approx 30g) mixed with 200 ml of your liquid of preference be it water, milk, soy milk, etc…Shake for 30 seconds and enjoy !

Depending on your preferences, you can have it in the morning, after your workout or really whenever you feel like it.

Scientific studies show there is no best time to take your protein shake, the only advice is to have it outside of your regular meals because our body can only process a limited amount of protein macro nutriments per intake, so make the most of it by having it as a snack !
