Return and Withdrawal Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code related to distance selling, the customer has a right of withdrawal which can be exercised without reason, within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the products. To exercise this right, the customer must inform customer service of their decision by sending a clear statement, either by email or using the withdrawal form available on the website.
2. Conditions for Returning Products
To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and in a condition suitable for resale. The customer must take all necessary precautions to avoid any deterioration of the products during storage and return shipping, especially by protecting the protein powders from the following elements:
- Moisture: Any packaging showing signs of moisture-related deterioration (swelling, stains, or visible marks) will not be eligible for a refund.
- Excessive Heat: Products exposed to high temperatures that could alter the quality of the powder will be excluded from the return policy. If the packaging shows signs of heat damage (warping, partial melting), no refund will be issued.
Only products returned in their original condition, including unopened and undamaged packaging that preserves the essential quality of the protein powders, will be eligible for a refund.
3. Return Procedure
The customer wishing to return a product must follow these steps:
- Notification: Inform customer service by email of their intention to return the product, specifying the order number and the reason for the return.
- Return of the Product: Ship the product within 14 days of the return notification, at the customer’s expense, to the address provided by customer service. The product must be sent with a tracking number.
- Product Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned product, an inspection will be carried out to ensure that the product is in its original condition, unopened, and that the packaging shows no signs of damage, particularly related to moisture or heat.
4. Refund
If the return conditions are met, the Seller will proceed with a full refund of the returned product, including the standard shipping costs (if they were charged). The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method used during the purchase.
If the returned product does not meet the return conditions, no refund will be issued. The product can be reshipped to the customer at their expense, upon request.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

5. Exceptions
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that have been unsealed after delivery for hygiene and health protection reasons. Therefore, any protein powder whose packaging has been opened after receipt cannot be returned or refunded.
