General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 – Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed on the online store for protein powders (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller"), based in France, and delivering its products throughout Europe. Their purpose is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the remote sale of products.

Article 2 – Products

The characteristics of the products, including protein powders, are detailed on the website. The photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible; however, they are not contractually binding. The Seller reserves the right to modify the range of products available at any time.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), including all taxes (TTC), excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs are specified at the time of the order and vary depending on the destination and the weight of the package. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, but the applicable price will be the one in effect at the time of the order.

Article 4 – Order

The customer can place an order online by selecting the products of their choice and adding them to their cart. Any order implies acceptance of these GTC. Once the order is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer. The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is an existing payment dispute.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is made online via the payment methods offered on the website (credit card, PayPal, etc.). The order will only be validated after payment confirmation. In case of non-payment or issues related to the transaction, the Seller reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order.

Article 6 – Delivery

The products are delivered in Europe to the address provided by the customer during the order. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and are provided as estimates during the order. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier or exceptional circumstances (strike, weather, etc.).

If the products arrive damaged, the customer must notify the Seller within 48 hours of receipt by sending an email with photos of the damage.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European law, the customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide any reason or pay any penalties. The products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned products.

Article 8 – Warranty and Liability

The products sold comply with current regulations in France. In case of non-conformity or hidden defects, the customer may return the product and obtain a refund or exchange. The Seller's liability is limited to the amount of the order, and it cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the product.

Article 9 – Personal Data

The personal data collected from the customer during the order is used solely for the purpose of processing and shipping the order. In accordance with the Data Protection Act, the customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete data concerning them. To exercise this right, they may contact customer service via the email address provided on the website.

Article 10 – Intellectual Property

All elements of the website, including texts, images, and logos, are protected by intellectual property law. Any total or partial reproduction is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.

Article 11 – Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These GTC are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. If no amicable solution is found, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts in the location of the Seller's registered office.
